Last night the husband made tortilla soup (the America’s Test Kitchen recipe) and it was just what the doctor ordered for a chilly, rainy night on the coast. Homemade crispy tortillas and chunks of fresh avocado were a pretty and delicious topping. The rain hasn’t stopped and I wish we hadn’t eaten it all because I want more right now!
In lieu of more to eat, here is tortilla soup, reimagined as an outfit. Bonus: nearly everything is less than $100!
